Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 24, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Curia collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect as little as possible to run the Service.
01 Information we collect
Account data: your email address (used for magic-link sign-in) and, for paid plans, subscription status. Anonymous visitors are issued a temporary identifier so the free-tier limit can be enforced without an account.
Usage data: the questions you submit, the resulting deliberations and verdicts, and basic counters (such as summons used) needed to operate plans and quotas.
Technical data: standard logs such as IP address and approximate request metadata, used for security, abuse prevention, and debugging.
Payment data: handled by our third-party merchant of record. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
02 Third-party AI providers
To produce a council deliberation, your question is transmitted to third-party model providers (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and xAI) via OpenRouter. Those providers process your input under their own terms and privacy policies. On BYOK plans, requests are sent from your browser directly to OpenRouter using your own key.
03 How we use information
We use your information to provide and secure the Service, enforce plan limits, process payments, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
04 Data retention
We retain account and usage data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see “Your rights”). Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.
05 Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
06 Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted transport and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
07 Contact
For privacy questions or requests, email support@summoncuria.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
