Refund Policy

Last updated: June 24, 2026

We want you to feel confident trying Curia. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work on our subscription plans.

01 Try it free first

Every account includes one full, free council deliberation before any payment is required. We encourage you to use it so you know exactly what you're paying for before subscribing.

02 Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. We do not pro-rate partial months.

03 Refunds

If you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of a charge and we'll review your request for a refund of that most recent payment. Refunds are issued at our discretion and are typically granted where the Service was not substantially usable.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method via our merchant of record. It may take several business days for the funds to appear.

04 BYOK charges

On the Initiate (BYOK) plan, you pay for model usage directly through your own OpenRouter key. Those usage charges are between you and OpenRouter / the model providers and are not refundable by us. Our refund policy covers only the Curia subscription fee.

05 Abuse

We may decline refunds where we detect abuse, such as repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles or attempts to circumvent usage limits.

06 How to request a refund

Email support@summoncuria.com from the address on your account, including the approximate date of the charge. We'll respond promptly.
