Terms of Service

Last updated: June 24, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Curia (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

01 The Service

Curia lets you submit a question that is sent to multiple third-party large language models (including models from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and xAI) which generate and review responses, after which the Service produces a synthesized verdict.

The Service is provided for informational and exploratory purposes. Outputs are generated by AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You are responsible for evaluating any output before relying on it.

02 Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. Accounts are created via a magic link sent to your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to that inbox secure and for all activity under your account.

03 Plans, billing & BYOK

The Service offers a free tier (a single summon), a “bring your own key” (BYOK) subscription, and managed subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis and renew automatically until cancelled.

Payments are processed by our third-party merchant of record, who handles billing and applicable taxes. On BYOK plans you supply your own OpenRouter API key; you are solely responsible for any charges incurred against that key by the model providers, which are separate from your subscription fee.

You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for refund terms.

04 Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe others’ rights, generate or distribute harmful, abusive, or unlawful content, attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service, or circumvent usage limits, quotas, or access controls (including the free-tier limit).

We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these terms or that risks harm to the Service, other users, or third parties.

05 Your content

You retain ownership of the questions you submit and the outputs you receive. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs as needed to operate the Service, including transmitting them to the third-party model providers that generate responses. Your inputs are also subject to those providers’ terms.

06 Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that outputs are accurate, reliable, or fit for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

07 Changes & contact

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “last updated” date above; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Questions about these terms can be sent to support@summoncuria.com.
